What does the treatment kill?
The disinfectant solution we use is a commercial grade EPA-approved
fungicide, sanitizer, cleaner, and deodorizer. It kills 99.9% of household bacteria and odor-
causing bacteria including COVID-19, influenza, MRSA, hepatitis, cold viruses, and inhibits the
growth of mold and mildew. It is a positively charged disinfectant that is powerful and works to
easily track down and stick to negatively charged bacteria and viruses. Uses top-of-the-line
equipment, we spray an electrically charged fine mist that is effective on:

Is the disinfectant safe?
Your safety is our top priority. We use an EPA-approved disinfectant that has been thoroughly tested and proven safe for both residential and commercial applications. The disinfectant is also used in hospitals, schools, and daycares and is safe for children and pets. Important Note: Once the disinfecting solution has been applied, allow 30 minutes for the solution to completely dry before returning to the sterilized areas.

How long does the process take?
Depending on the size of your facility, our process takes between 30 – 60 minutes. Once the cleaner has been applied, it only must set for 30 minutes before your facility is sterilized and ready for people.
Once the treatment is applied, how long do we need to wait before returning?
Don’t go too far… it only takes 30 minutes post-cleaning to reopen your facility!
Does the solution stain or discolor?
No, in fact, our solution can be used on porous and semi-porous materials and surfaces including hard surfaces, carpet, fabric upholstery, subfloors, drywall, trim, frame lumber, tackless strip, and paneling. Elektrostatic can also be used to wash and sanitize clothes, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. However, we WILL NOT spray any leather goods or microfibers.
How does the process work?
It is an easy, contactless, three-step process:
- Walk-Through: Our technicians will walk through the entire facility with you or your appointed representative to establish the areas that are to be disinfected and those areas or items that you wish to not be treated.
- Prep: Prior to spraying, our technicians will prep the facility such as wrapping sensitive items such as monitors or screens. In addition, they will point out any paper products or food items that should be removed or stored away.
- Disinfecting Process: Using high-tech electrostatic spraying machines, our technicians will treat all areas discussed during the walkthrough killing Coronavirus, Influenza, and many other harmful agents on the spot. In addition, our technicians will meticulously disinfect light switches, doorknobs, and other high touch areas by hand.
- Post Treatment Clean Up: After the disinfecting process, our technicians will walk the property a final time looking for any missed or hidden areas and perform a final cleanup. Your freshly sterilized facility will be ready for people to reenter in just 30 minutes after the treatment!
How long does the treatment last?
We recommend having Elektrostatic spray your place every 2-4 weeks depending on foot traffic. However, to fight the Coronavirus, the CDC recommends frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces using soap and water, then a disinfectant. High-touch surfaces include tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.
